A period of at least 14 working days will lapse before we resend or refund the order. Targetgrange Ltd reserves the rights to use its discretion to consider resending or refunding the order.

Targetgrange Ltd will in no circumstances entertain a request to return the products unless they are in the opinion of the Company:

·         They are in a good and saleable condition.

·         Where temperature control storage is indicated, there is  written evidence satisfactory to the company of storage at correct temperature and

·         packaging and seals have not been tempered with

Subject thereto the products may not be returned to the Company without the specific prior return consent of the Company which may or may not be granted at the company’s entire discretion but, if granted, shall be on such terms as the company shall from time to time consider appropriate.

If for any reason you should choose to return a product, you must ensure that you contact us directly via e-mail or telephone, within 7 days of receiving the goods to make us aware of your decision. After 7 days we will not refund any goods.

If Targetgrange Ltd deems that the refund is acceptable then goods must be returned to Targetgrange Ltd within 28 days from the date of delivery. Returns are only applicable where the goods are damaged or incorrect.

When returning goods, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the goods are properly packaged. If for any reason the goods are damaged during transit, and reach us in a less then acceptable condition, then we will refuse the refund. All refunds will be examined before being processed. The cost of returning the goods is in the responsibility of the customer.

In addition to our returns policy under the distance selling regulations the customer has the legal right to cancel the order within 7 working days from the date of purchase if the customer sends to Targetgrange a notice of cancellation and returns the goods in their original, unopened and unused condition. The customer must contact Targetgrange Ltd at sales@targetgrange.com before returning an item to request a Returns authorization code. If the item is returned without an authorization code Targetgrange Ltd will be unable to offer a refund. Please note that if the item has already been shipped a £5 handling charge will apply.
