Buscopan Uses
Buscopan tablets are primarily used to provide quick relief for abdominal, intestinal, bladder, and ureter cramps. It also treats symptoms of irritable bowel syndrome — abdominal cramps and pain, constipation, diarrhoea, and bloating. Unfortunately, Buscopan only treats pain caused by these conditions, but it doesn’t prevent it. Follow your GP’s when taking Buscopan otherwise, your condition may start deteriorating. Buscopan should only be taken for short periods of time.
Buscopan Side Effects
Like any medication, Buscopan IBS relief tablets can cause side effects in some people.
Some common side effects are:
- blurry vision
- constipation
- decreased ability to sweat
- diarrhoea
- dizziness

- stop taking one of the medications
- change to a different medication
- change the way you are taking the medications
- leave everything as is
