Paramol Soluble Tablets are used for the treatment of mild to moderate pain; including headache, migraine, feverish conditions, period pain, toothache and other dental pain, back pain, muscular and joint pains, neuralgia, the aches and pains of cold and flu, and as an antipyretic. Paramol Soluble Tablets contain Paracetamol and Dihydrocodeine Tartrate: Paracetamol acts as an analgesic (pain killer) and antipyretic (lowers body temperature) Dihydrocodeine Tartrate which is also a powerful analgesic Codeine Restrictions: Because of the danger of addiction we are limiting orders to one pack at a time for products containing codeine or dihydrocodeine, and not accepting further orders within a month.
